Basic repair strategy: reinforce the inner rocker, and cut out and replace the lower section of the middle rocker. This work is accomplished in approximately 2" ft sections to allow for the capacity of my bending tools and to ensure fidelity of fit.
Reinforcement is welded in place.
Next comes the middle rocker patch.
This section was originally part of the lighter gauge inner cowl. I elected to add reinforcing ribs with the bead roller in lieu of the original large oval hole.
